The Procure 22 Efficiency and Productivity Programme’s Pre & Post Occupancy Evaluation Toolkit has been nominated for the BCIA Partnership of the Year Award.
The British Construction Industry Awards (BCIA) are the most prestigious awards in the built environment sector, with winning projects and teams rightly recognised for their achievements within the industry and the public at large. The awards seek to recognise and reward excellence in project delivery and, crucially, delivering outcomes for society and call on the whole project team – client, architect, designer and contractor.
The toolkit was developed by the EPP Design Working Group, led by Rosemary Jenssen on behalf of Kier, supported by both the Design Working Group members, the PSCP designated POE Champions, the Trust organisations who piloted the initial proposals (York Teaching Hospitals NHS FT, Frimley Health NHS FT, Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS FT, North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS FT, Dorset Healthcare University NHS FT) and the Principal Supply Chain Members who have shared their views and ultimately shaped the final POE Toolkit.
The awards take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London on 9 October 2019.
